Chocolate Pound Cake II
Very good, VERY rich. I used the modifications published by floridatreasure1983 in her review, and really, really loved it.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
SUPER GOOD!!! So rich, but not too sweet. After refrigerating the remainder, it got almost fudgy!! So... there's a though if you have excess frosting!
