No Fry Crab Rangoon
This recipe turned out good. Sprayed tops with cooking spray to help them brown. Yummy and will make again.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Very tasty. I used whole milk instead of 2% and shaved two Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate bars instead of using mini chips.

Crumb-Topped Scallops
The scallops tasted fine, but the bread crumbs were mushy. I broiled in the oven after cooking until the crumbs were crunchy. Will make again, but alter when the bread crumbs are put on the scallops.
