I am Raidermoms husband and I have just made this recipe. Let me say I "HATE" any fish that is not fried. But, this recipe has completely taken me by surprize. It was wonderful and very easy to make. I was going to have the left overs for lunch tomorrow, but there aren't any. Thank you

This is a wonderful dessert! I must say that the previous person reviewing this must have reviewed the wrong pie, as these you DO NOT BAKE. I like to use creamy peanut butter, a 1# box of powdered sugar (no need to measure it out), a 12 oz. container of Cool Whip instead of two- 8 oz. ones, and when I'm done I drizzle the tops with some Hershey's syrup and add some Reese's peanut butter morsels. Looks great AND tastes great!

Loved this recipe! I made exactly 18 muffins and followed the suggestion of a previous reviewer and diced the apples very fine.....they came out moist as she said..definitely not soggy. The first 12 came out of the oven roughly 20 minutes ago...there are only 5 left and there are only 3 of us here! This recipe will be printed and placed in my recipe binder for sure, thanks for sharing!
