Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing
I did not have powdered garlic or powdered onion so I used a clove of chopped garlic and 3 chopped green onions. Didn't have parsley so I used cilantro instead. Came out very well with what I had in the house.

Jo's Rosemary Bread
This turned out really good. I think I ate half of the loaf myself!I proofed first with 1 cup warm water, olive oil, and sugar. Then mixed in about 2 3/4 cups breadflour with my KitchenAid. I chopped 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, 2 sprigs fresh thyme with the stem removed, 1/4 tsp dried oregano (because that was what I had on hand) and mixed this with the 1 1/2 tsp. salt and added this in last to the dough mixture.
