Great recipe!!!!!!!!!!! I followed the instructions as is and it turned out great. A little crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I set the chicken in the bread crumb mixture then grabbed a handful of the mixture and smashed it on top of the chicken. Then turned it over and repeated. This recipe will be used over and over. I used this recipe on bal tip steak.I didn't have the liquid smoke flavoring but the flavor was great without it. I also used minced onion(crushed) in place of onion powder.This was a great recipe and and will definitely be used over and over! Thanks.

i used olive oil on this recipe and added sesame seeds and a little bit of bacon, it turned out great. will use this recipe again.
