I am a mom of two georgous girls ages 7 and 4. I work part time so I can be at home with my kids part time and it's wonderful. I love trying new Italian recipes. My husband comes from an Italian background and I'm always learning from his family. My mom is an amazing baker and I'd love to bake like her. We used make gingerbread men every year at Christmas when my sister and I were young and I like passing that tradition on to my children. I can make a mean seafood pasta. When I was about 16, my mom called from work and asked me to throw the chicken in the oven as she'd be late. So I took a whole chicken out of the freezer and baked it - guts, plastic and all. Who Knew!? When she got home she told me there was a chicken in the fridge that was already thawed. We still talk about it!!
