German Spaetzle Dumplings
Delicious. Just like the texture I remember from Germany but with more flavor. I used basil in place of the parsley because that's what I have. I used a colander and it was a phenomenal mess! Next time I'm going to do the plastic-bag-with-holes method another reviewer mentioned.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
So simple you almost don't need the recipe. Still this turned out perfectly. I used a combination of pork and beef brisket and I really liked the combination of textures.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
I liked it but it wasn't perfect to my taste. Next time I will make it less sweet.
