About this Cook
I love the outdoors and cooking, so naturally, anything I can throw on the grill is a plus. I just recently bought my first house with my boyfriend. We have two adorable rhodesian ridgeback puppies (Tex and Daisy), so needless to say my hands are full, but I still manage to whip up a few creative dishes now and then.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This recipe was fantastic! It was so easy to make and double. I made this the night before the party and added about 1/2 cup of buttermilk before putting this in the fridge over night. The next day I added the breadcrumbs and the butter (dabs) before putting it in the oven. It got rave reviews!
