Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
YUMM YUMM YUMM! I used light sour cream which is not as thick so helps to thin it out a bit without altering flavor. I also used gorganzola cheese which is a mild blue cheese, I LOVE blue cheese so I would add more next time. I ate this with celery before letting it sit and it was fabulous, can't wait to try it again after its been in the fridge for a few hours.

My family LOVES this recipe. The perfect hearty comfort food on a chilly fall day! A definate family favorite.
