Chocolate Covered Caramels

The BEST!!! I used margarine instead of butter and cooked to 244 degrees. They were the perfect consistency and had a very excellent buttery flavor! Will definitely be making again!

Lemon Fluff Cake

Good flavor and texture. I increased the lemon extract to 2 tsp. I also didn't have any cake flour so I just decreased the amount by about 3 tbsp and used all purpose.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

Excellent!! Very good flavor. Next time I may make some extra sauce for dipping. I baked mine on 300 for about half the time and 350 for the remaining time and they were perfect. I will definitely make again!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Good. Used a chocolate cake mix. Made twice and the first time I overbaked and the cookie part was completely cooked, so be sure to check before you think they should be done. I frosted with chocolate icing.

Patricia's Peanut Butter Pie

Good flavor. It was a nice change from the normal pudding and cream cheese peanut butter pies. I may have underbaked mine though because it was still pretty soft in the middle even after it completely cooled although I baked it 10 minutes longer than stated.

Apple-Berry Pie

Pretty good, but you can still taste the seeds. I used about 2.5 cups of each and it was the perfect amount. Other than that I followed exactly. Will make again.

Caramel Frosting V

The flavor was VERY good, however, I only give it 4 stars because mine did not get as thick as it should have and I ended up adding some powdered sugar to achieve the desired consistency. I used margarine instead of butter so maybe that is why. I will definitely be making this icing again though! Delicious on mini chocolate cupcakes! =)

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Good cookies but not great. I added a little extra peanut butter and used bittersweet chocolate. I might make again but maybe use a little less flour so they will spread out some and be chewier.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

These cookies spread out way too much for me. The cookies got flat and the jelly ran out onto the cookie sheet and made a mess. They looked terrible but they tasted pretty good anyway. I'm not sure I would make them again.

Coconut Orange Cupcakes

These were really good right out of the oven, but the next day the topping was not as crunchy. I used orange juice concentrate and the cupcakes had a good flavor. I would make these again, just be sure and serve them on the same day that you bake them.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Absolutely the best oatmeal peanut butter cookies ever! I added 16 oz. of chopped peanut M&M's to mine and it really pushed them over the top. A great cookie!
