Chocolate Covered Caramels
The BEST!!! I used margarine instead of butter and cooked to 244 degrees. They were the perfect consistency and had a very excellent buttery flavor! Will definitely be making again!

Lemon Fluff Cake
Good flavor and texture. I increased the lemon extract to 2 tsp. I also didn't have any cake flour so I just decreased the amount by about 3 tbsp and used all purpose.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two
Excellent!! Very good flavor. Next time I may make some extra sauce for dipping. I baked mine on 300 for about half the time and 350 for the remaining time and they were perfect. I will definitely make again!
