I just re-entered the student world to get my master's, so between working half-time and going to school full-time, I'm very busy. I like to hike, I run so I can eat what I want, and I find su doku quite addictive. I love watching movies and 24 with my sweetie. Anything easy but tasty, especially if it's healthy. Making hot chocolate and cinnamon toast on Christmas Eve, helping with the major holiday dinners. I finally made an edible pot roast! It was kind of dry, but the gravy was delicious and that made up for it. I haven't had any real tragedies in a long time...the last one was a cola pot roast. NOT a good combo.
