Zucchini Bread IV
This was really great. To make them healthier, I used 2 cups of whole wheat flour and one cup of white flour, replaced half of the oil with applesauce, and replaced half of the sugar with splenda. then I baked them in cupcake tins. My kids think they are cupcakes and beg for seconds on "dessert." Thank you so much for helping my kids to eat zucchini!
