Spanish-Style Chicken and Sausage
Very tasty. I added lots of garlic and marinated the chicken in olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper for several hours. I recommend it!

Quick Classic Gazpacho
This is delicious and very simple. I added cayenne pepper and extra garlic for a little kick.
