This turned out mild; not a lot of flavor. But, it was a nice soft side with a heavy meat dish.

Followed the recipe to a tee, with a home made peanut sauce, to boot.
We used dairy-free soy "yogurt," so I was wary at first, but this was a delicate & filling meal.
