this really was the best tuna casserole I've ever made from scratch. It was perfect for the last minute meal I had to put together last night. I can't wait to make it again and again with the different variations I've read about it. I didn't have cream of mushroom so i had to use cream of chicken but it was still wonderful. thanks for the recipe.

I absolutely love this! I've made it several times and tried a different approach this time. I used a can of flaky crescent rolls. unrolled the whole rectangle into a baking dish, pressed it to the sides, poured my filling to cover, cooked it the same amount of time, then cut it into bars. It is just as wonderful. It took much less time to prepare this way.

Marvelous recipe. I tweaked it just a bit by omitting the carrots but adding diced ham and a liberal amount of sour cream. It tasted wonderful. Thanks.
