VERY GOOD! New favorite way to eat leftover turkey from thanksgiving, especially using dark meat. Very similar to bbq pulled pork. First off I used a 4quart slow cooker 2hrs on high and 5hrs on low. Next, while making it, I felt like it had too much water. Instead of 6 cups I used only 2. I also added an extra 1/2cup bbq sauce. This made it thicker and more like stew than soup. Also I added 1 whole diced green pepper and 1 whole diced red pepper. I also just diced the onions and chucked them in the crock pot instead of cooking them first. I didn't use the food processor and it took about 30min to prepare. Very Very Very delicious. Will definitely cook again.

Double the spices (except the salt). Make double the rice. Use cheese to your taste. Add an extra clove of garlic. (following others suggestions) I used about 2 cups of zucchini, 3/4 cup of green onion, 1/2 cup tomato, 1/2 cup red bell pepper and it came out delicious. To further cut calories I used a reduced fat cheddar.

Excellent! Taste & texture are great. I made these in the broiler with some Cajun-seasoned sweet potato fries (also broiled). I followed other reviewers' suggestions and kept the beans, onion and pepper as dry as I could and I had no problems with them falling apart. I used paper towels to squeeze the ingredients dry. I topped them with some pepper jack & cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sliced jalapenos (good if you like it hot). I also made a small amount of cajun light mayo (1/4 cup of light mayo + 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning) and used that on the toasted buns.

Yummy! Fluffy and delicious. Normally when I use boxed pancake mix I have trouble getting them to come out this fluffy and thick without having half-cooked batter in the middle or burnt edges but these came out just right. For a nice light syrup try 1 cup of sugar free syrup with 1 tsp of ground cinnamon and 1 tbsp butter. Heat it up in the microwave for about a minute, stir and voila.

I didn't like the crunchiness of these at first but after letting them sit for a day they were softer and delicious. The butterscotch gave it a nice flavor. Gingerbread isn't my favorite cookie but these made me want more. My boyfriend took them to work and got rave reviews from his colleagues. I decorated mine with homemade icing and cinnamon dots for buttons and followed the recipe exactly.

These potatoes are excellent. I followed the recipe exactly the first time I made them, cooked them a bit longer/at a higher heat to make them crispy on the outside. The second time I made them I added a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, chili powder, and red pepper flakes in addition to the paprika to give them a spicy kick. Delicious!

Everyone at my Thanksgiving dinner loved this pie. I only made a couple of minor changes. I added some cinnamon and nutmeg in the filling to make it more similar to a regular apple pie and it was delicious. I also made a lattice-type top crust on top of the crumb topping (using strips of pre-made pie crust) brushed with egg white for shine & sprinkled with white sugar for looks. I thought next time it may be fun to experiment with the maple syrup content and add a little bit more to see how it comes out.

I had to do a couple of things differently because I wanted to make this for a 4th of July BBQ and didn't have time to locate all the ingredients...I had to improvise a little with what my local supermarket had. They didn't have peach vodka so I bought regular vodka and a bottle of white cranberry peach cocktail. I followed the recipe and then added the juice to taste. They also did not have white peaches so I had to substitute regular, tree-ripe peaches. I had one peach and some grapes leftover, so I cut the peach into chunks and put the fruit on toothpicks, sprinkled with white sugar, then stuck them in the freezer so that people could add them to their drinks if they wanted. Came out pretty well!

I was looking for a good cinnamon roll recipe that didn't require a bread machine...these came out great. I used the dough for this one and made the filling and icing following the 'Clone of a Cinnabon' recipe.

This comes out just as good as the Thai restaurants. The first time I made this, I followed the recipe (except for omitting the tamarind pulp because I couldn't find any). It came out pretty well. The second time around, I added a tablespoon of peanut butter to chicken and extra peanuts, and followed the suggestions in Bes's review for substitutions. It was amazing!

I don't normally like chicken pot pie but this was wonderful. I did double up the gravy/sauce as others suggested. I didn't have any egg whites but I sprayed the bottom crust with cooking spray and that seems to have kept it from getting soggy...I don't know if it made a difference, but I also baked the pie in a glass Pyrex pie dish rather than an aluminum pie dish.

This is very good, but I followed other people's suggestions and nearly doubled up the cheese, added an extra 1/3 half & half, and omitted the eggs. It's very rich & heavy so don't plan on having several servings, but it's very good and re-heats well.

Nice to come home to after a long day at work. I forgot to add the sour cream but it tasted great anyway.

This came out very good & was really easy. It took a while to cool though and started sticking to the pan so I stuck it in the fridge until it was cool and easy to break up.

These came out great. Instead of mashing up the apples though I just left them in chunks and it was delicious. I also added a tbsp of butter to the apple filling while it was cooking.

These are great. I made them as part of a Christmas dinner buffet and they were all everyone was talking about!

These were very good but I think next time I will try to make my own fresh dough and use minced garlic.

Very good. Definitely follow the package instructions to make sure you get the right amount of pasta. I made this for my parents, brother, and boyfriend and they all loved it.

I made two batches of these for my family and friends, they were gone in hours! On the second batch I added an extra tablespoon of pumpkin. I also had to use the pre-made pumpkin pie filling instead of plain pumpkin & the pie spices as my local store was out of the spice. I also filled the cups up all the way instead of 3/4, which of course yielded fewer muffins but they were nice and big!
