Sweet Vidalia Onion Pie

Great Onion Pie. I didn't have half and half, so used buttermilk. Also took advice from comments and doubled cheese. I layered half the cheese on the crackers and half on top of the pie. Mary

Yellow Squash Casserole

Some mentioned they didn't like the eggs. I loved the eggs in it. I did add fresh rosemary and onions for extra flavor. It's a keeper for us. Thanks to Allrecipes.com, we enjoy many great meals!

Balsamic Mushrooms

Great way to serve mushrooms. I happen to love balsamic vinegar. My husband is the pickiest diner, but ate all of them. This is a keeper.

Triple Berry Crisp

The absolute best crisp recipe - and so easy. I used half fresh blackberries and half blueberries. Didn't have any nutmeg so used a bit more cinnamon.

Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Best recipe for italian sausage. I didn't have a red pepper or a red onion, so only used green pepper and onions and banana pepper. Used sherry as someone has suggester. It was a fanstastic dinner, served with hash brown.

Fried Okra

Best if you have fresh okra. I added the recommended creole seasoning, soaked the okra in egg and milk and it was the best fried okra we've ever enjoyed.

Smothered Beef Short Ribs

This is the first time I have made short ribs and what a great recipe. I didn't have beef stock, so used boullion cubes. Also used roasted garlic. Excellent meal, even my picky husband loved it!
