Throw-Together Short Ribs
I love short ribs and this was the first time I've made it. I chose this recipe because its no fuss and has smaller portions. Outstandingly delicious.

Chili Rellenos Casserole
Just to throw in my two cents: This is a really good, interesting recipe. Fixing it for a second time, I added hamburger to make it a substantial main course served with rolls and a salad - delicious.
