this recipe was great.
I kinda free-styled it, as my wife always cooks rice in the rice cooker and then we freeze it... I tossed the garlic, chicken (added some cabbage) and onions and such in a pan and tossed them around for a while, and then added some small clams instead of shrimp, and let it cook on medium for a while... in a seperate pan, I browned the garlic, and then tossed in some reheated rice, and added the chicken stock... once it got boiling, and added the other pot, and folded it in...
I came out excellent... I think this is a recipe that allows you liberty, which is the best kind of recipe...
