Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
I followed this recipe pretty closely. Used all the ingredients suggested and surprised even the pickiest non-bbq lover.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
My first attempt at doing pulled pork. Although I did not use the tenderloin, heck in these financial times not alot of folks with large families can afford that, I used a pork shoulder and tossed that in the slow cooker instead. My shoulder weights totaled close to the 7 pound range so I tripled the rootbeer. Followed the rest of the directions and oh MY! what a hit with the family! Very good and will do this one again!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup
This is an exceptionally great recipe. I did however not add the hocks, just because I didn't have any on hand and it still had super flavor. Will certainly make this one again.
