Grilled Venison Backstrap
I have to give this 5 stars because I was not a fan of Venison, until this recipe. My husband filled our freezer with it this year and this recipe is awesome. I used Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy BBQ sauce. Will make this over and over again. Reheats into little tasty morsels for appetizers. I nuked them and cut them in 1/2 for a quick treat.
