Chewy Coconut Cookies
These are extremely good - I love coconut and this hits the spot. They are soft and chewy and oh so flavorful.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Excellent cookies, chewy and flavorful without being overwhelming. I made these on Christmas day and the aroma added to the Christmas atmosphere. We had company at home and these cookies were gone before I can sit down to enjoy them! I snucked one while they were cooling on the tray and that's the only one I ate from this batch.
