Anise Biscotti
These were outstanding. We like a lot of flavor so we increased the anise extract and seeds by 50%. Just excellent!!!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
The first day I tasted these, I didn't like them very much, I prefered the old recipe. Then, I put them in an air tight container overnight. Wow, were they good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful with how long you bake them, these are a little tricky to get just right. They get pretty dry if baked til they're browned. Also, I don't think it says to smash them down with a fork, do this!

Praline Strips
these are very very sweet, so be careful if thats not what you are looking for. i had a little trouble getting these to "thin out" like i wanted them to. a lady at our church made them, and the topping was thinner, maybe a different recipe? they were very good, but wish i knew how to change them as i have noted. very easy to make!!!
