Shrimp, Clams, and Scallops Pasta
Excellent! After reading reviews I did reduce tomato paste by half, although I don't think it would have mattered much to use all. I was prepared to use scallops, however because they turned to mush while cooking them (bought the wrong size) I used extra shrimp and canned clams. Loved the sweet taste of the sauce, and leftovers were equally good.

Texas Sheet Cake V
A good choice to take to a potluck as it serves a ton! I used a jelly roll pan as others have suggested and the amount of frosting is perfect. Don't forget to adjust cooking time accordingly if you use the bigger pan.

American-Italian Pasta Salad
I was disappointed in this recipe! I followed the recipe exactly and refrigerated it overnight. This morning it was very, very dry and even the 1/2 cup of the dressing I had reserved was not enough. I ended up adding about a cup of Italian dressing which I luckily had on hand. Except for that, the dish is tasty.
