Zucchini Brownies
I just made these (literally) and, even warm, my boyfriend said they bleeping bleeping amazing! I even used whole wheat flour, splenda, applesauce, and dark cocoa powder...even omitted the icing. THANK YOU for this bleeping bleeping delicious recipe!

Grilled Cilantro Salmon
Wow...add some lime juice and your friends will be BEGGING for more. Did marinade for ~12h then on the grill they went (~14 min/side). Thanks for the info!
