Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
Love it. Very easy and delicious. My son had to make food representing another country for a school project. He picked this recipe and made it. It was a hit. Everyone loved it and now we make it every year on Saint Patrick's Day.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Awesome. Have made it several times. I sub blackberries for the raspberries and use raspberry preserves.
