Chicken Noodle Soup
This is a great recipe. I increased the amount of vegetables and used low-sodium chicken broth instead of chicken boullions. Lastly, I used the chicken from a deli rotissere chicken and I feel it really helped give a homemade broth taste.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
We've been making a version of this for years and love it! I only use cream of mushroom soup in mine. Also, for a quick week night meal, I use rotisserie chicken.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was wonderful! We will be making again soon. I did make a couple of tweaks: 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of celery vs. 2 cream of chickens. I added finely diced celery and 1.5 cups of mixed frozen veggies. The amount of veggies was perfect. Not too much and not too little. I seasoned the chicken with creole seasoning.
