Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I hate to give bad reviews when I alter the recipe, but the sauce was made the same as directed and was a little too "sour" for us. Tasted more like sweet and sour than teriyaki. My change was to use boneless breast instead of thighs. Not horrible, but will probably not make again.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
This was SO YUMMY!!! My husband now wants it once a month! I did marinate my chicken in soy sauce and seared it in a cast iron skillet, then poured the sauce on top of all sauteed veggies. It's a keeper!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
I don't know what happened, although the flavor was good, the biscuits were a little too dense. They didn't have a fluffy texture. I even mixed by hand, not electric mixer AND sifted dry ingredients. Will try again and NOT refridgerate dough.
