Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecues
Smelled delicious as it was simmering, and tasted the same. Family loved it. Five stars!

New York Cheesecake I
Next time I will omit the almond extract, it was a little overpowering for my family's taste. I followed advice and used only 1.5 cups of sour cream for a thicker cheesecake, which worked beautifully.

Fruit Ambrosia
For personal preference I left out the coconut and pecans. I wanted a very colorful salad to take to a potluck, so I made this one and added fresh kiwi, grapes and strawberries. Some thought the dressing was a little too strong on the lime, but I loved it. Thanks, just what I needed.
