Seven Layer Taco Dip
Wonderful dip! DRAIN the juice from the salsa or it will get watered down. I did not use lettuce. Everyone loved it!

Breaded Brussels Sprouts
These were just okay. We love the shredded brussels sprouts recipe on this site much better. To make this recipe better, I would cut the sprouts in half or more so that the ingredients blend more and would mask the bitter taste of the sprouts.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts
Our favorite Brussels Sprout recipe by far!!! I have made these a few times and they are much better just rough chopped instead of shredded. The bacon gives it a great taste. I cooked mine until they were pretty browned too. I also used roasted slivered almonds. But we had them without any nuts and they were just as good. Mmmmmm Mmmmmm good!!
