Jalapeno Popper Spread

Cauliflower Hamburger Casserole

Looking for something different to use ground beef in. Yes, it is filled w/many veggies - I substituted broccoli for asparagus, veggies were good. Then increased my choice of seasoning, as it sounded fairly bland & it was recommended by others. Lastly, added some extra cheese to the liquid. The flavor was ok, but no wanted it again. Also, it doesn't present itself very nicely. Won't make it again, nothing special or particularly yummy.

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

I have been making these for a long time & they are easy & super tasty. Using mini cupcakes papers makes them a nice bite size treat, so you can enjoy them w/o over doing it!

Hot Pork Salad Supreme

great way to use leftover pork, good flavor & pretty easy. No celery so I added celery seed for flavor, a little chopped broccoli, & about 1 cup of broccoli slaw mixture, fresh mushrooms & crushed croutons in place of the cornflakes. No complaints, so I'll make it again

President Ford's Braised Eye Round Steak

Very tasty recipe, but depending on the thickness of your steak, it may have to cook longer. I cooked it for 1.5 hr & everyone said it was very tender. I also added about 1C of beef broth to the wine, for more liquid, esp since it cooks so long. Added some garlic w/the onions also. I'd make this one again.

Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs

The flavor of this recipe was great, it was super easy, everyone like it, & I'd make it again. I didn't have a slow cooker, but it didn't matter. Cooking time was about 3.5hrs maybe less. I doubled the sauce, & added about 1/4c of bbq sauce & 1/2c water. So tender & the whole house smelled so good during cooking. Really tasty!

Pepper-Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Chocolate-Port Sauce

Made this for a dinner party & though the steaks turned out great, I thought the sauce masked the flavor of the steaks. Luckily, I served the sauce on the side, which would be my suggestion to others. Funny we all agreed that the sauce tasted good w/the mashed potatoes, but really was to strong for the steaks. Don't think I'd make this again.

this dish was delicious and left everyone wanting more. used chicken tenderloins a few/person. cooking time was fine, chicken was very tender, and the sauce thickened perfectly as soon as i added the chicken back to the pan. this will be one i'll make again! thanx for posting

Chinese Pork Tenderloin

the pork turned out delicious - w/about 6hrs of marinating. very tender,juicy & flavorful, & i really didn't change a thing. the biggest problem w/this is my lack of planning to allow for the marinating, so plan ahead, it's worth it.
