Easy Chicken Rice Casserole
This is a great start but I am going to add more spice next time. After reading several reviews I added garlic powder, onion soup mix, and 2 1/2 cups of milk. When I checked it after 45 min to stir all my liquid was gone so I added another cup of milk. I am not sure why that happened, but I continued to cook it for the remaining ime. The rice was still a bit crunchy, but I will make this again adding all the liquids to start with.
