Mini Southwestern Corn Pup Muffins with Fiesta Dipping Sauce

I only had 3 hot dogs thawed and with those cut into little pieces the amount of hot dog was too much to get the muffins out in one piece. The flavor was okay- the kids ate them, but wanted seconds of the hot dogs without the muffins.

Peanut Butter Dreams

Dipping the cookies/candies in chocolate wasn't labor-intensive at all! My 4-yr-old had a blast rolling the balls and my 3-yr-old got to lick the extra chocolate off the spatula. Great kids recipie!

Chocolate Frosting III

My son brought home a chocolate cake recipe from preschool, so we of course had to try it... making this frosting was the saving grace! My daughter only ate the frosting and I don't blame her! It was the perfect sweetness, chocolateyness and consistancy- didn't get dried out and hard after a few days like most frostings.

Fiesta Fry Pan Dinner

Quick, easy to put together... mild flavor. It was just bland enough for my picky eaters to not label it "spicy," but I'll add more seasoning to the leftovers.

Really yummy, really easy... Only change I'll make is to grease the pan with butter next time- the fudge tastes better without the Crisco flavor! :)

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

I also substituted seasoned bread crumbs for the crutons because that's what I had on hand- otherwise followed the recipe exactly and my 2 & 4 yr olds didn't mind the spices! Very good recipie!
