It was a hit! I used a can of Rotel with cilantro and lime, 2 blocks of cream cheese and a pound of Jimmy Dean sausage.

great (& easy) recipe! Definitely follow others' suggestions and let the cake cool completely before crumbling. then roll into balls and place in the freezer for about an hour before dipping in chocolate.

5 stars for an easy weeknight meal. I used rotel instead of tomatoes/green chilis and omitted the onion. even better as leftovers the next day.

Greek Style Garlic Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
this was great! I made minor changes: I halved the oil, added a little rosemary and extra lemon, I marinated for only 6 hours, served with feta cheese on top - and I baked in the oven instead of grilling. so good! I'm keeping this in the rotation.

This is great dip. I did as others suggested and used the whole 8 oz. of cream cheese, and I also mixed the ingredients before baking. YUM!

These are delicious! The only change I made was that I added a little garlic salt to the bread crumbs. I will definitely make these again (and again!)

Wow! This sauce is excellent, I can't wait to try it on salmon. I didn't change a thing, and it was so easy to prepare!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Very good! i took the adivce of some other reviews and used 1/2 dijon mustard and 1/2 miracle whip. It turned out great! Although I can see how it would be a little too mustard-y if I hadn't used half mayo. The mixture of the mayo, mustard, and teriyaki, mixed with the bacon bits (I used real bacon bits, not those crunchy kind) was fabulous. And SO easy!!

Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops.

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
I added the 1/4 cup of bread crumbs as other suggested, and these pork chops ROCKED! I did have to cook them for much longer than the recipe said. I usually don't care for pork chops, but this recipe was great and I will definitely use it again.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2005
My boyfriend put it well: "Good, but it didn't blow my socks off". Very easy to make, and I followed some of the other advice; didn't use the entire can of soup and we used rotel instead of green chiles. It was ggod, but still lacking something. I will try it again and experiment. Also, we only cooked it for about 25 minutes.
