Emily's Easy Sausage and Spicy Tomato Dip
It was a hit! I used a can of Rotel with cilantro and lime, 2 blocks of cream cheese and a pound of Jimmy Dean sausage.

Cake Balls
great (& easy) recipe! Definitely follow others' suggestions and let the cake cool completely before crumbling. then roll into balls and place in the freezer for about an hour before dipping in chocolate.

Chicken Spaghetti III
5 stars for an easy weeknight meal. I used rotel instead of tomatoes/green chilis and omitted the onion. even better as leftovers the next day.
