I'm a professional singer, teacher and vocal coach. I taught Microwave cooking classes in the 1980's when people were learning how to use their new microwaves. I was a consultant for the Litton co. By far anything where I can be creative-salads, soups, main courses, etc. I'm not as interested in baking, and not as good at it either. Entertaining and cooking for others. I especially love to surprise friends and family with home delivered dishes. I won a recipe contest for the NYstate university food service. A recipe for a cream cheese chicken salsa pizza won for the whole state, and it was added to the college dining menu. Last one was a pineapple cake-made it twice with no problems, last time it was a brick!
