Sweet Restaurant Slaw

This is the best coleslaw!!!!! I did make a small change however. I use apple cider vinegar instead of the white. It adds a bit more twang. I make this once a week! We love this slaw. I always get requests for the recipe. Thanks for sharing this! I have looked and looked and looked, then I came across this one, look no further!! This is a keeper!

Beef Noodle Shepherd's Pie

I haven't made this however it sounds really good! My coment is the the person who said that any dish made with beef should not have "Shepard" in the name. Well, "Sheprds" Pie has been around a long time and always has beef.

Creamy Dill Dip

I love this recipe. I make this every year and yes, it best made the day before. I follow the recipe exactly and each time it is perfect. I would not change a thing. I keep Beau Monde on hand, this is so good any time of the year!

Mini Cheesecakes

I have made these several times and they are perfect every time. One thing I did that was different was I used bite size Nilla Wafer, but, you have to be using the miniature muffin pan, or otherwise it won't work.This has always been a no fail recipe for me. When using the "mini" pan, you will get about 72 "mini" cheesecakes. Follow the recipe, bake no longer than 20 min. if using the mini pan.

Miniature Cheesecakes

These little cheesecakes were a huge hit! These are so simple to make, they are so cute and taste wonderful! This recipe is must to make, especially for a party. Everyone wanted the recipe. I will definatley make these again!! If you use the "small" muffin pan, you can get 72 mini cheesecakes, I did. I used bite size vanilla wafers for the muffin cups, the regular size don't fit and added sugar to the cherry pie filling. If you follow the directions they'll turn out perfect.

Mom's Cheesecake

I love this cheesecake! I had never made one before, this is so easy and so cremay. Very tasty. I'm making another one today for tomorrow. I did however place a 13 x 9 pan of boiling water underneath while cooking. It came out beautifully. If anyone is questioning making a cheesecake, make this one!
