Sorry- we really didn't like it. All I could taste at first was cilantro, so I doubled the onion and peppers and added cumin and garlic, then let it set overnight. It didn't help.

Super easy! I'm no expert chef, and the idea of rolling chicken breasts sounded difficult, but it only took me 20 minutes to prepare 10 rolls. I used turkey pepperoni, so I browned the rolls in cooking spray before removing the toothpicks and baking in sauce, then serving over spaghetti. Excellent family dinner- thanks for the recipe, Brenda!
