LJ's Easy Penne with Vodka Sauce
I actually did add about 2 TBLS of chopped fresh basil and 1 tablespoon of sugar to cut the acid of the tomatoes. Not sure but I think I made it better!! Really good.

Italian Beef in a Bucket
Very good. Cooked for about 12 hours. Moist and tender. Left out the vegitables however. Nice bite to the juice. Will make again!

Bread Pudding I
This killed! I served it on Christmas with the rum sauce I found in all recipes. It was awesome!
