Beef Stew V
this was a very good basic stew recipe that is easy to tweak based on personal preferences. the red wine really gives it a nice rich flavor! i omitted the water and beef bouillon and used about 4 cups all natural beef broth and 1 1/2 cups red wine for my liquid. also added a bay leaf and a few tablespoons of worcestershire. used sweet potatoes instead of white since my hubby and i try to avoid white potatoes. will definitely make again!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert
everyone freaked out over this at the party i made it for! it did take more ice cream sandwiches to fill the pan (probably about 24) and also took the advice of others and layered the fudge/pb before the whipped cream so my layers were: ice cream sandwich-pb/hot fudge-whipped cream-peanuts. i repeated this and then topped it with chopped up reeses peanut butter cups and caramel sauce. froze it overnight (which i would recommend)! wow--tasted just like a snickers bar!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
WOW!!!! Amazing cake! This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! I did make a few minor modifications: only used 1/2 c oil, used coffee instead of water, used chocolate fudge cake mix and used mini chocolate chips. Baked for 52 minutes and the cake came out moist and delicious! Topped it with "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" and it looked like a professionally-made cake!
