I'm very happily newly married, and I love cooking for my husband. He's a very easy person to cook for and I love that! He ends up being my guinea pig several nights a week. I love Italian foods, and I'm just starting to get into middle eastern foods. I really enjoy getting to try new taste combinations and new techniques. Christmas dinner! Our family's Christmas dinner is huge! Turkey, potatoes, yams, stuffing, veggies, buns, ham, homemade perogies, meatballs, gravy, and usually some sort of wild meat. We make enough to feed an army for a week and I love it!
