I am a SAHM to 2 little boys, Hayden and Emerson. My hubby Clayton and I have been happily married since 12/99. We live in Northern CO. I grew up wanting to be a chef but my plans changed once I learned first-hand how bad the hours are, lol. I trained underneath a chef for a year and decided that those kind of hours would never allow me to have a life, let alone a family. I now cook as a hobby and I love to try new recipes. I always cook a monstrous Thanksgiving meal for our extended family. It is my favorite meal to prepare and everyone always seems to appreciate my efforts. Bring on the turkey!
