I'm a 49 year old married man who does most of the cooking in my home. I collect coins, postage stamps, Budweiser beer steins, and I'm an avid deer hunter. Most of my cooking is the same old thing. I use this site for finding new ideas to help improve and diversify my meals. My family never revolved around food. I'm always happy when I try something new and it turns out well. I try to follow directions closely but tend to doctor any recipe with favorite seasonings. I tried to make sauerkraut one time. It turned out so salty that I couldn't eat it.
