Crab Spread II
Hubby loves crab, I don't. We both loved the recipe AFTER adding 1/2 of squeezed lemon, 1 minced garlic clove, and various spices.

Seafood Cioppino
It was pretty good. I used cod, shrimp and scallops. Don't use cod like I did.

Easter Breakfast Casserole
Made this the evening prior to Easter. It was a lot of work and dishes for a ho hum result. I would have been happier making everything fresh and to order in the morning.
