I made this for my father's surprise birthday party. At first I didn't think anyone would try it and decided that it would make a great ice cream topper. Then all of a sudden it vanished. I received many compliments and raves. I did not make my own chips, but instead I found some cinnamon chips in my local grocery. I will definitely make this again and I still may use it for an ice cream topper!!

These were very simple and fast to prepare...which is always a plus! Kids loved these muffins and I did too - even though I am not a corndog lover! I will definitely make these again. The only thing I did differently is that I used only 1 tbls of brown sugar...turned our perfect.

I made this soup for dinner last night. I pretty much followed recipe as written except I cut my chicken up before I sauted it and I added a can of rinsed/drained black beans. This soup was so simple and surprisingly good. My kids gave it a thumbs up so I guess I will be making this again. Thanks for a great simple recipe.
