Gobble Up Granola Snacks
Mmmm, very tasty! I don't like using corn syrup because of the high fructose in it, so I used agave nectar instead. I did have a bit of a crumbly problem but not too bad. I think next time I will use more peanut butter to help them stick together more and to get more PB taste. I think I'll also add ground flaxseed next time for extra health. I love how easy this was to put together, too, and no baking. Thanks Tinamaries!

Honey-Peanut Butter Cookies
Really good and super easy to make. I don't have shortening, so I used 1/4 cup of canola oil and then added 2 more tablespoons after that because it looked like it needed more moisture. I baked them on my silicone cookie sheet. They came out chewy and tasty, not super sweet. A keeper!

Apple Butter Bars
Tasted great! I didn't make the glaze and I don't feel it needs it. They are very crumbly though, so next time I'll try a longer baking time and hopefully that'll do the trick. Goes great with a cold glass of milk!
