Been retired for 9 years. Work on car show which benifits a Hospice. Volunteer 4 days a week at hospital. Do Smart reading during school year. I have a 1955 Buick Century that I take to car shows and cruises. I love slow cooking. The crock pot is my friend. Any kind of seafood, chicken or turkey. Beef is not high on my list. Thankgiving and Christmas is a great family gathering. We do a semi-potluck. Always more food than we can eat. Fruitcake is not high everyones list at christmas. I make a great fruitcake that I use applesauce instead of oil. Everyone loves it. Also my zucchini bread with lemon zest is wanted by all. In one of my first meatloafs I forgot to add eggs. When it came out it was like meat hash.
