I'm 20 years old and ever since I was a very small kid I've been crazy about cooking and baking. I can spend the whole day in the kitchen! Since I'm single, I'm the one in charge of baking and cooking for guests at my parents' home, ....and I really enjoy it.

I've made ravioli from scratch and am looking forward to making a wedding cake. Yikes!
My cooking tragedies
My first homemade bread. I was about 12 years old when I decided to make some bread. The problem was that I used corn flour instead of bread flour, and as a result I had this tough, hard, ugly looking bread. It sure was a lesson learned, jajaja.

Linguine with Scampi
It was very good and quick to prepare. Next time I'll use less butter (maybe 1/3 cup) and parsley, but besides that I really loved it. Thanks for the recipe!
