Banana Oatmeal Crumb Cake
I just finished making this cake..worked out really well! I made a few changes: I baked it in a loaf pan, so I had to make the recipe one and a half times, so that the cake was the appropriate size (and then adjusted the timing accordingly). I also added the tbsp of flour to the crumb topping that others suggested. It worked out really really well, super moist! I'm taking it to a bake sale, I think it's going to sell very fast :)
