This was my first attempt at biscotti.. they turned out amazing! I gave them to my gran and nana three years ago for xmas..and that's all they ask me for EVERY holiday! (mothers day, valentines day, easter)...it's getting tiring! But, these biscotti are amazing, i double the recipe and dip the ends in melted white chocolate. Place in a cute gift box with a ribbon = fairly cheap xmas gift!

I just finished making this cake..worked out really well! I made a few changes: I baked it in a loaf pan, so I had to make the recipe one and a half times, so that the cake was the appropriate size (and then adjusted the timing accordingly). I also added the tbsp of flour to the crumb topping that others suggested. It worked out really really well, super moist! I'm taking it to a bake sale, I think it's going to sell very fast :)

this cake was really yummy! i mixed a banana in with the cream cheese icing, but that made it really really runny so it wouldnt stick to the cake properly, so i wouldnt suggest doing it. this cake was awesome tho, moist and perfect!
